A 24 hour cancellation notice is required by email or text. Client will be charged an $80 fee upon cancelling within 24 hours or no show. Subsequent cancelations of less than 24 hours or no shows will result in prepay for all future sessions. For gift certificate holders, cancellation of less than 24 hours or no show will render the gift certificate void. Some exceptions include personal or family emergencies, disaster, or other circumstances out of client’s control. Exceptions are subject to therapist discretion.

Punctuality

As tardiness will affect following services, session time will end at the original scheduled time regardless of what time client arrives for the service. Full payment for the session will be obtained. Therapist reserves the right to refuse service if client is more than 15 minutes tardy for scheduled session and will charge a $50 fee.
