Hi!
My name is Nicole Pryke. I’m a Petaluma based CAMTC Certified Massage Therapist (#90445) and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. I graduated from National Holistic Institute in May of 2022, with 800 hours of training in Eastern and Western massage therapy modalities. I also went through Renew Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training in 2014 and have been teaching yoga in Sonoma County since then.
My main goal is to create a safe space for nourishment of mind, body, and soul.
Life can be stressful, and stress can wear on our bodies causing pain, tension, and imbalances. Massage can be a way to find some relief both physically and mentally. I specialize in Myofascial Therapy, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Energy Work, Reiki and Shiatsu, as well as utilizing a combination of modalities to best meet the needs of my clients. Each body is different, and you know your body better than anyone else. When we have a session together it’s an open conversation on how we can work together to help you reach your fullest potential through intentional bodywork and an increase of ones own body awareness.
As a yoga teacher, I invite people to fully embrace and accept where they are in their personal practice, in each pose, in each moment and in life. Creative sequencing woven together with breath and groovy music encourages each student to connect with the deepest, truest, most joy-filled parts of themselves.
For me, taking care of our minds, bodies and spirits through movement, breath, sound and bodywork are key components to a happy and fulfilling life.
I have a deep appreciation for each person and experience that make up this thing we call life and want nothing more than to help people fall deeply in love with themselves and their life in that same way. I look forward to seeing you soon, on mat or table. Thanks for being here <3
